QUALITY CONTROL
Quality at Bemco Hytech is not a matter of chance but choice and is build into the products form Design to Manufacture All inputs material are tested and checked as per norms according to IS, BS, ANSI Specifications.
	Cylinder bore being checked using bore dial gages stage checking and components during processing.
Final dimensional checking of jack body using vernier height gauge
	dynamic testing of the product at 10% overload and 25% static overload on the rig as per ANSI/IS 4552 specification.
History of supplies and details are recorded for after sales, service and spares requirement.
